I AM
HOPEFUL
Leg pain, back pain, muscle ache, it was hard work in Singapore. It was a struggle at first as this job (in construction) involved lots of physical work. My entire body was aching and I was very tired. We wake up at 5 am and only sleep at 12 am. Sometimes it is difficult to sleep. Sometimes, the food can be very smelly or spoiled, we cannot eat it and still need to work. I’m grateful for the opportunity here in Singapore, it will be great to improve the quality of food. I miss my home and my mother's cooking. I hope to go home and eat together as a family again.

My drawing is a future I hope to aim for where I am going back to my home country, a nice farmhouse that houses my family and where I can be a farmer and rear my cattle stock. I want to be a farmer, go to Bangladesh, to do agriculture and farming like a cow and fish farm.
